The greatest place on earth...

I am off to Disney for a few days :) If I do not respond to your emails right away - thats why.

Here is my big puppy - Simba.... kinda fitting - I named him after the Lion King. I was obsessed with Disney as a child and wanted to be a Disney Animator when I grew up.... I am off to be a kid!!

last minute engagement session

So I looked out my window at 7pm- and saw a perfect blue/purple/orange sky with a gorgeous yellow setting sun. I grabbed my camera, called this couple and told them to get ready for a last minute shoot! We raced to beat the sun from going down - and in the end, we did not make it :(

We took a few pics anyway - not the ones with the sunset in the background like we hoped. Those will have to be next time. But here are a few until then... can't wait for your wedding!!

back in the swing of things...

that's me :) I am finally back in the groove after returning from Vegas. I still have A LOT of editing to do. Keep checking back for my pictures from Vegas, I will be introducing my new associate photographer, and launching my wedding site. Tons more in store for Morgan Matters Photography :)

I got in late last night - or I should say early this morning. My time in Vegas was incredible! I have some rockin' pictures to show for it.

E-session in Chicago

This couple went to IU and are CUTE! As we were walking around Lincoln Park - it started to snow. The big, fluffy snowflakes. Perfect for pictures... Here are just a few I had to post. The rest come tomorrow.

Engagement Session and new profile pic

here is a recent engagement session. Katy and Ben are to be married in April - these 2 are young and energetic... perfect for taking pictures of. Can't wait till your wedding!

This was not easing using my tripod and self timer - so when I am in Vegas... any fellow photogs out there wanna take a bio pic for me!? :)
